We don't need the vehicle's physical log book in order to do a Log Book Service. We follow the manufacturers guidelines and can provide you with a log book to help you record your cars service history from that point onwards, which will be a benefit if you ever decide to sell your vehicle. One thing you can do, is if you remember where it's been serviced before, you can always contact that workshop and ask for a history of the work they've performed on the vehicle. As a general rule, if your car is serviced regularly and running in optimal condition, a basic service on a passenger vehicle will take a minimum of 1.5hrs and 4wd vehicle a minimum of 2 hours. We will always get in contact with you if we feel it will take longer.
